Associate Consultant The Lucas Group offers a challenging and intellectually rewarding experience for undergraduates seeking a career in consulting. Associate Consultants (ACs) typically join TLG after graduating with a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science from a college or university - all majors are welcome to apply. With a commitment to excellence and to our clients' success, TLG seeks intelligent, enthusiastic, high-caliber people with diverse backgrounds and experiences. The Lucas Group recruits candidates who have strong academic credentials, general business acumen, as well excellent qualitative and quantitative skills. We use a unique approach with a "roll up our sleeves and get it done" attitude. Our team has a willingness to work hard in a collaborative team environment with a commitment to give our clients a true competitive advantage. As an Associate Consultant at TLG, you will work alongside seasoned Consultants and senior management by participating in every aspect of client results delivery. Associate Consultants are assigned a broad range of responsibilities that include analysis, data collection, market research, business processes, financial modeling, preparing presentations, and managing client relationships. ACs will need to have or quickly develop strong Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills, as well as an ability to research companies and topics online through public and proprietary information sources. An AC's responsibilities will vary from day to day and project to project. TLG continually challenges their Associate Consultants to push their limits and expand their capabilities. The Lucas Group's intimate environment promotes opportunities for Associate Consultants to work with all levels of client management teams, as well as TLG's management team. Senior Associate Consultant The Lucas Group offers a challenging and intellectually rewarding experience for Senior Associate Consultants (SACs) who seek an intimate organization to support their success. The Lucas Group will promote Associate Consultants within the firm to Senior Associate Consultants after successfully exceeding expectations as an AC. TLG also seeks SAC candidates who are post undergraduate with 2+ years of professional experience working within challenging business settings akin to premier investment banks, private equity firms, management consulting firms or similar settings. With a commitment to excellence and to our clients' success, TLG seeks intelligent, enthusiastic, high-caliber people with diverse backgrounds and experiences. An SAC's work requires excellent qualitative and quantitative skills. TLG uses a unique approach with a "roll up our sleeves and get it done" attitude. Consultant The Lucas Group offers a challenging and intellectually rewarding experience for Consultants who seek an intimate organization to support their success. The Lucas Group recruits MBA graduates and other candidates with advanced degrees to join the firm as Consultants. Consultant candidates will have relevant and deep analytical and business experience in a consulting firm or corporate strategy setting. The Lucas Group will also promote Senior Associate Consultants to Consultants after expectations as an SAC have been exceeded. TLG Consultants have outstanding analytical, quantitative, qualitative and business skills and the ability to lead complex client projects. Our consultants are assigned a broad range of responsibilities that include complex analysis, creating work plans, developing strategies, data collection, providing negotiation support, mentoring junior staff, leading project teams, presenting solutions to the client and managing client relationships. TLG Consultants work closely with high-level executive clients requiring outstanding interpersonal and client relationship skills. Our Consultants continually work and collaborate with TLG's senior management and are responsible for taking a lead role in team projects and mentoring and coaching TLG staff.
