Here’s what it takes to succeed at The Lucas Group: Strong communication skills. Strong writing and speaking skills are essential for producing cogent business correspondence and reports, as well as effectively presenting findings to management and clients. Sharp thinking. Candidates should be able to apply principles of logical thinking to a wide range of intellectual issues and practical problems. Motivation and adaptability. The best consultants work effectively with minimal supervision in an unstructured environment, but can also collaborate with others as part of a team. Strong analytical and technical skills. Familiarity with quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and computer programs is preferred, and consulting or business experience also can be beneficial. |
