Greg Calaman is a Managing Partner of The Lucas Group and is a leader in the firm’s Private Equity practice. Greg brings 360-degree insight cultivated through roles in management consulting, board-level strategy, and general management in companies ranging from the Fortune 50 to venture-backed start-ups. His reputation as a trusted advisor crosses many industries with especially deep perspective in the healthcare, technology, and finance sectors.
Prior to TLG, Greg served as Head of North America for VC-backed, Nobel Laureate-founded software company Definiens AG where he drove sales, set strategy, and built a winning culture. At Pfizer, he reported to the C-level and led deployment of $200M in investment capital against high-ROI, internal IT opportunities, contributing to a near $1B rise in EBITDA.
Harry Gray is a Managing Partner of The Lucas Group. Harry has a strong track record of driving growth and increasing profits. His general management roles have been broad—from multi-billion dollar P&L leadership roles, including Chief Transformation Officer and ELT member of a Fortune 100 company, to C-level roles at both venture-backed growth companies and middle market portfolio companies of leading investment groups. In several instances, he has been appointed CRO. He has also been a corporate finance, private equity, and M&A professional at top global firms.
Christopher Sekula is a Senior Partner of The Lucas Group—a Bain & Company spinoff focused on the needs of private equity investors and corporate clients. For 25 years, The Lucas Group has completed more than 700 due diligence, growth strategy, and performance improvement assignments.
Chris is a leader in the firm’s Private Equity practice. He has advised numerous investors on business due diligence and has led a variety of growth and operational improvement initiatives in portfolio companies. Chris also specializes in designing and implementing programs to enhance client companies’ operating performance and profitability and in conducting acquisition due diligence reviews.
Andrew Johnston is a Partner at The Lucas Group with a background in investment banking and consulting and has worked on a broad array of consulting projects for clients in the manufacturing, hospitality, retail, distribution and industrial sectors. Andrew oversees the operational and organizational aspects of the Lucas Group’s activities and manages the oversight of the support teams on engagements.
Frank Iannelli is a Senior Partner of the The Lucas Group—a spin off from Bain & Company that has completed more than 700 due diligence, growth strategy, and performance improvement assignments. For more than 25 years, Frank has advised and led companies on operational, financial and strategic issues, including raising capital, enterprise sales, and corporate turnarounds.

John Lennon is an Expert-In-Residence for The Lucas Group. John has over 25 years’ experience in the international beverage industry. He is currently President and CEO of C. Mondavi & Family—founded in 1861, is one of the most successful wine brands in America.
David Proctor is an Expert-In-Residence and Operating Advisor for The Lucas Group. David has President and global executive management experience at three Fortune 500 companies, where he led multi-sector logistics, transport and supply chain services businesses in North America, Asia and Europe. David was also CEO of a venture-backed growth company and Operating Advisor to two private equity firms.
