Stephanie is an innovative global strategy operations leader with a talent for applying creative thinking to resolve complex challenges. Stephanie has led cold chain, process improvement and quality initiatives for various clients, including VersaCold Logistics. Architected and implemented a balanced scorecard tool for VersaCold with 250+ metrics. Vetted and completed multiple strategy and metric workshops with all lines of the business. Supported an IT and BI strategy study. Supported overall supply chain, procurement and logistics capabilities for Revlon (MacAndrews and Forbes) in a portfolio company turnaround scenario.
Stephanie previously held various senior roles at Mettler Toledo International, including Quality & Customer Experience Manager, Continuous Improvement Manager, Masstron Plant and Head of Supply Chain Processes, Global Supply Chain.
Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science – Industrial Engineering and Bachelor of Arts – Political Science from the Cross Continent Program, University of Pittsburgh and a Master of Business Administration from Fuqua School of Business, Duke University.
